Beginning Sewing with Kate and Sue - Pillowcase
Are you wanting to learn some basics about sewing? Join Kate and Sue on Saturday, January 4th from 9:30AM to 1:30PM as they review the basics about sewing machines, fabric cutting, sewing seams... The second part of the class we will put those new skills to use and make a pillowcase. During class you will have a chance to pick out all the fabric you need for this project from the vast array of choices at ACME. Fabric for the pillowcase is included in the class fee.
All ages 9 and above are welcome! We will have a quick lunch break so bring a sack lunch.
Supplies needed: If you have a sewing machine, please feel free to bring it with you. If you don't, no worries, there are plenty available at the shop for you to use. All other supplies needed for the day will be available in the classroom for you to use.
